DAMAC's Cavalli Tower Set To Transform Luxury Living In Dubai Marina

This project marks DAMAC's first foray into branded residential towers in the UAE, situated in the bustling Dubai Marina, next to DAMAC's Ocean Heights. The 71-storey tower, embodying the bold elegance of the Cavalli brand, is designed by Shaun Killa, an award-winning architect. Currently, with a completion status of 28%, the project is set to begin its external and internal finishing in June 2024.

DAMAC's acquisition of the Roberto Cavalli SPA in 2019 marked its entry into the luxury fashion world. This unique position allows DAMAC to weave the essence of Roberto Cavalli into its luxury properties, promising an unparalleled living experience. The Cavalli Tower, infused with the sophistication and style of Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, aims to set a new benchmark in luxury living in Dubai.

Mohammed Tahaineh, General Manager of Projects at DAMAC, emphasized the project's vision, stating, "Cavalli Tower will herald a new chapter in premium living to Dubai when it is delivered. The tower boasts three distinct interior themes, catering to a variety of experiences - from sustainable and eco-friendly designs to ultra-luxury finishes with infinity swimming pools offering panoramic views. With a development value of approximately AED 2 billion, the Cavalli Tower features 436 intricately designed units and a host of amenities.

Despite the busy nature of the Dubai Marina area and the restricted construction hours, the project has achieved one million manhours without any lost time incident, highlighting DAMAC's commitment to safety.
