Crown Prince Of Abu Dhabi And Crown Prince Of Bahrain Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations Across Key Sectors

H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, recently engaged in official talks with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain. The meeting took place at Gudaibiya Palace in Manama. Discussions centred on enhancing bilateral relations and partnerships between the UAE and Bahrain.

The focus was on key sectors such as the economy, investment, and development. Both leaders aimed to strengthen ties that contribute to a shared vision of sustainable growth and prosperity. Opportunities to deepen brotherly relations were explored, aligning with leadership commitments to advance bilateral ties.

Sheikh Khaled and Prince Salman praised the historic and deep-rooted connections between their nations. They acknowledged the strong bonds of fraternity shared by their people. This commitment reflects a mutual desire to expand strategic partnerships across various priority sectors.

Following their discussions, Prince Salman hosted a banquet in honour of Sheikh Khaled and his delegation. This event was attended by senior officials from both countries, including members of the UAE delegation and Bahraini ministers and government officials.

Sheikh Khaled was accompanied by a distinguished delegation. This included H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Sheikh Theyab bin Khalifa bin Hamdan Al Nahyan; Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport.

The delegation also comprised Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development; Mansour Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi; Ahmed Tamim Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

Fahad Mohammed Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, along with several senior officials were also part of this delegation. Their presence underscored the importance placed on these discussions for future cooperation between the two nations.
