Cox And AMEA Power Launch Joint Venture For Integrated Water And Energy Solutions

Cox, a prominent player in water and energy, has partnered with AMEA Power, a rapidly expanding renewable energy firm in the Middle East and Africa. This Joint Venture aims to develop, execute, and manage strategic water and energy infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The collaboration leverages Cox's global market experience with AMEA Power's energy sector leadership.

AMEA Power holds a 3.76% stake in Cox as an anchor shareholder, acquired during Cox’s IPO in November.
