Cityscape Global 2024 To Illuminate 'The Future Of Living' In Riyadh

Saudi event organiser Tahaluf has announced plans for the second edition of Cityscape Global, set to be the largest in the series' history. Scheduled from November 11-14 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Malham, Cityscape Global 2024 will operate under the theme ‘The Future of Living’. The event is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and supported by the General Real Estate Authority and Housing Program.

Cityscape Global 2024 aims to maintain its status as the largest property showcase globally. This year’s edition will feature over 400 exhibitors, 500 speakers, and seven conferences. The event will have a heightened B2B and investment focus for its second edition in Saudi Arabia.

The event will serve as a platform for international collaboration and knowledge exchange aimed at developing sustainable cities within Saudi Arabia and beyond. New sector profiles added to this year's line-up include Stadiums and Attractions, Sustainable Smart Buildings, Smart Hotels, and Developers. Additionally, there will be a dedicated conference and tech zone focusing on Smart Cities.

"Saudi Arabia's real estate landscape is undergoing an enormous transformation driven by Vision 2030," said Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. "The comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector aims to achieve the goals of the vision by building a prosperous economy and vibrant communities."

Faisal bin Saud Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) Board of Directors, stated: "Our goal at Cityscape Global 2024 is to align with Vision 2030 set by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for the housing sector. We aim to attract investors, developers, innovators, and stakeholders from around the world to showcase their projects."

The event will highlight Saudi Arabia's sports infrastructure development with a special segment dedicated to stadiums and mega events. Eight newly announced stadiums will be featured prominently.

Investment Opportunities

The largest Cityscape-branded event in history will incubate investment opportunities through a dedicated investors program and tailored networking opportunities. It will also showcase intelligent infrastructure, technology-driven solutions, and data-driven planning needed to create efficient urban environments.

Last year’s edition attracted over 300 exhibitors, with 55% being international participants. The event saw more than 160,000 visitors from over 170 countries and hosted over 10,000 international investors. The unveiling of $18.3 billion in Saudi-based real estate projects was a highlight.

"I was amazed by the vision, scale, and significance of the projects being undertaken in Saudi Arabia. It is inspiring," said Lord Alan Sugar, UK entrepreneur and host of BBC’s The Apprentice.

Tahaluf organises Cityscape Global as part of a strategic alliance between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). More information can be found at www.cityscapeglobal.com.
