Caracal Set To Display Advanced Firearms At ADIHEX 2024, Embracing UAE Heritage

Caracal, a prominent Abu Dhabi-based firearms manufacturer, will mark its 17th participation in the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). As the Weaponry Sponsor for the event's 21st edition, Caracal will showcase an array of commercial pistols and rifles. Additionally, small-calibre ammunition from EDGE entity Lahab Light Ammunition, the UAE’s sole ammunition producer, will be featured.

The exhibition will also highlight high-end hunting rifles from Merkel, a German subsidiary of Caracal with over a century of experience in crafting luxury hunting rifles. The display will include models such as the Helix Speedster, Helix Black, Helix Noblesse, K5 single-shot rifle, Jaeger bolt-action rifle, Anschütz hunting rifles, and acclaimed over-and-under-barrelled rifles.

In honour of UAE heritage, three Merkel Helix Deluxe VIP hunting rifles will feature unique hand-engraved motifs and arabesque designs on various parts like the rifle action and pistol grip cap. Central to Caracal’s exhibit will be two special pistols: the Spirit of the Emirates pistol with a gold-inlaid falcon on its slide and the Liwa pistol adorned with a gold-inlaid Arabic poem on its slide and cultural landmarks plated in yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum on its grip.

Visitors can explore various versions of Liwa Arms’ Chayeh Z20 along with the new Chayeh Z22 Saktoon. Additionally, Caracal’s 2011 pistol will be available in multiple configurations. This diverse range aims to cater to both professional shooters and hunting enthusiasts alike.

Event Details

Attendees can visit Caracal and Lahab Light Ammunition at Hall 3, Stand 15 from 31st August – 8th September at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
