Burjeel Holdings Secures AED 225 Million O&M Contracts To Enhance Healthcare Services
Burjeel Holdings has secured significant Operations and Management (O&M) contracts valued at AED225 million. These agreements enhance its role as a crucial partner to the UAE government in advancing healthcare objectives.
The contracts include managing five clinics across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, under an agreement with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), providing comprehensive medical services and advanced diagnostics.

In collaboration with the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, Burjeel will oversee two field hospitals: a 100-bed facility in South Sudan and a 50-bed hospital in Chad. This partnership aims to deliver high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities by managing staffing, clinical operations, and facility management effectively.
The agreement also involves constructing a new clinic in Al Wathba, which will improve healthcare accessibility in the region. Additionally, Burjeel will manage ADNOC Das Hospital on Das Island, a 20-bed facility catering to the workforce there. This partnership ensures efficient medical services through manpower management, clinical operations, and supply chain oversight.
This initiative enhances healthcare access for ADNOC employees by providing seamless referral pathways to Burjeel Holdings for complex and super-speciality care. The strategic partnerships reflect Burjeel's commitment to delivering world-class medical solutions in line with the UAE’s vision of improving lives both locally and globally.
John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings, stated, "These agreements reinforce Burjeel Holdings’ commitment as a trusted healthcare partner in the UAE’s mission to deliver world-class medical solutions. We are honoured to contribute to expanding healthcare access and operational excellence, aligning with the UAE’s broader vision of enhancing lives both regionally and globally."
