Borouge Partners With ROX Motor To Enhance ADAMAS SUV With Advanced Polyolefin Solutions

Borouge and ROX Motor have announced that Borouge's lightweight polyolefin solutions will be incorporated into 17 parts of the ADAMAS SUV, ROX Motor's latest flagship vehicle. This collaboration aims to promote sustainable mobility and bolster the UAE's manufacturing sector. The partnership builds on a previous agreement made at the "Make it in the Emirates" event, supported by the Abu Dhabi Investment Office.

Earlier this year, Borouge and ROX Motor opened a joint innovation lab in Shanghai. This facility focuses on researching advanced polyolefin solutions and sustainable designs for future vehicles. The collaboration is part of efforts to localise production and advance the UAE's automotive industry.

Borouge's materials are engineered to reduce vehicle weight, improve energy efficiency, and enhance recyclability. These features align with the growing global demand for sustainable automotive solutions. The use of these materials in the ADAMAS SUV highlights their commitment to innovation in advanced materials.
