Bloom Holding Initiates Construction Of Casares, Enhancing Abu Dhabi's Bloom Living

Bloom Holding, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has recently announced a significant step forward in the development of its Bloom Living community in Abu Dhabi. The company has named Emirates Link Maltauro L.L.C. as the primary contractor for Casares, marking the third phase of this eagerly awaited project. Casares is set to feature an array of two- and three-bedroom townhouses, with an expected completion date in the first quarter of 2026.

This development follows closely on the heels of the launch of Seville, the fifth phase of Bloom Living, which was introduced earlier this year. Furthermore, the first two phases, Cordoba and Toledo, which have already sold out, are making steady progress. Cordoba has surpassed 60 percent of its construction work, aiming for a completion date in Q4 2024. Meanwhile, Toledo has achieved over 23 percent completion and is on track for handover in Q2 2025.
