On May 21, 2025, Beyond Expo, Asia's preeminent technology showcase, launched its fifth edition at the opulent Parisian Macao, drawing global innovators to explore the future of technology. Amid a worldwide AI boom, China leads the charge, driving industrial transformation with breakthroughs in algorithms, large-scale models, intelligent hardware, and digital ecosystems. The opening ceremony, led by co-founders Jason Ho and Lu Gang, captivated attendees with a video retrospective of the expo's first four years, followed by their robotic avatars taking the stage — a bold nod to innovation.
