Bahraini Companies Set To Enter Saudi Market Through Tamkeen's Program With AstroLabs

AstroLabs, in collaboration with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), has announced the introduction of a second group of Bahraini companies into its Overseas Expansion Program, marking a significant step forward in their journey towards regional growth. This move is part of a broader effort to strengthen the presence of Bahraini enterprises in the Saudi market, recognised for its high potential for growth and as a key entry point for regional expansion.

Tamkeen's alliance with AstroLabs resonates with its strategic objectives for 2025, aimed at elevating the stature and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector. This partnership seeks to provide Bahrainis with the necessary skills for career advancement in the private sector, emphasizing the importance of enterprise growth, digitization, sustainability, and the development of the ecosystem around the labor market and the private sector. This collaboration underscores a mutual commitment to fostering business growth and expanding the horizons for Bahraini companies.

The initial group of companies that joined AstroLabs showcased a vibrant mix of ten leading Bahraini enterprises, spanning various sectors from manufacturing and food services to investment solutions and technology. Notable participants included United Paper Industries (Bahrain Pack), Right Calories, Xtrude, City Glass, Tanami Capital, Oreem, Boxon Vision, Cinqo Media, and Al-Anzour Physiotherapy and Rehab Complex. These companies have demonstrated market leadership and strategic ambition, with several already having established operations in Saudi Arabia. Their goal is now to formalize their presence, enhance operations, and leverage AstroLabs' comprehensive support, which includes business registration, compliance, growth support, digital tools, and expert consultancy.

Building upon the success of the first cohort, AstroLabs and Tamkeen welcome a new wave of ambitious Bahraini enterprises. This second cohort includes Creative Matter Advertisement, Fathom Media, Gems Industrial Services W.L.L., Braxtone Group W.L.L., DOO, Alfaa Graph, Nexcel Computer Solutions W.L.L., and Loyale. These companies represent a diverse array of industries, from creative agencies and marketing technology to engineering and loyalty apps, all sharing the goal of expanding their footprint in the Saudi market.

Through this partnership, these Bahraini companies join a network of over 800 international firms that AstroLabs has assisted in expanding into Saudi Arabia. This collaboration between public and private sector partners is designed to foster innovation, bridge industry gaps, and facilitate market entry into emerging economies.

To date, AstroLabs has enabled over 1,800 companies to scale across the region, offering a professional and robust business environment for seamless market entry, especially in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
