Aster DM Healthcare Appoints Jacob Jacob As New Group CHRO For GCC Region

Aster DM Healthcare, a prominent name in integrated healthcare services, recently appointed Jacob Jacob as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer for the GCC region. Jacob's vast experience spanning nearly 30 years across multiple sectors—including healthcare, real estate, aviation, and retail—positions him as a strategic addition to lead the organization's human resources strategy.

Jacob's role at Aster DM Healthcare will encompass a broad range of responsibilities aimed at bolstering the group's human resources framework. He is set to manage all aspects of human resources, such as strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Academy of HRD and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from T.A. Pai Management Institute. Additionally, Jacob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from SDM College, Mangalore, equipping him with a solid academic foundation to support his practical experience.

His previous roles have seen him at the helm of HR departments in companies like Apollo Hospitals and Malabar Group, highlighting his ability to navigate the complexities of human resources within diverse industries.
