ASMO Forms Strategic Partnerships To Strengthen Supply Chain Ecosystem In Saudi Arabia
Today marks a significant milestone for ASMO, a collaborative venture between the Saudi Aramco Development Company and DHL, as it embarks on a series of strategic partnerships intended to invigorate the supply chain ecosystem within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This initiative, unveiled during the iktva Forum & Exhibition 2025, encompasses seven critical agreements with prominent entities in various sectors including chemicals, refining, oil field services, utilities, and healthcare. These collaborations underscore ASMO's dedication to bolstering operational efficacy, procurement, and logistics capabilities across these pivotal industries.
These partnerships, formalized through Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs), reflect ASMO's commitment to supporting the Kingdom's ambitious Saudi Vision 2030. The agreements span a range of sectors. In the chemicals and refinery domain, ASMO has aligned with Sadara Chemical Company and SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd.).
The oil field services sector sees collaborations with Aro Drilling, SANAD (Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling Company), and Weatherford Al Rushaid. Furthermore, in the utility and healthcare spheres, Marafiq (Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu) and NUPCO (National Unified Procurement Company) have joined forces with ASMO.

Dan Wood, ASMO's Chief Commercial Officer, said, "These agreements are a testament to ASMO's strategic vision and our partners' confidence in our ability to deliver transformative supply chain solutions. They outline collaborations that intend to drive efficiencies, enhance procurement and logistics capabilities, and integrate advanced technologies to meet the specific demands of Saudi Arabia's key industries. Through these MoUs, we are laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships that will contribute to operational excellence, cost optimization, and sustainable growth across the region."
ASMO's role as a pivotal partner for businesses throughout Saudi Arabia continues to evolve. By launching its inaugural warehousing operations at the onset of the iktva Forum & Exhibition 2025, ASMO has demonstrated a clear focus on delivering unparalleled value. Its extensive portfolio of end-to-end supply chain and procurement services is designed to not only enhance efficiency and foster innovation but also to support the sustainable development goals inherent in Saudi Vision 2030.
Through fostering collaborations across various sectors and committing to the integration of advanced technologies and operational efficiencies, ASMO is laying a solid foundation for the future. This initiative not only promises to enhance the supply chain ecosystem but also aims to propel Saudi Arabia towards its goal of becoming a global logistics hub, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.
