Arada Unveils W Residences: A New Luxury Development At Dubai Harbour

Arada has introduced W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a luxurious seafront development featuring three towers. This project, located in one of Dubai's most sought-after areas, offers a range of world-class amenities. Developed in partnership with Marriott International, the AED5 billion complex includes over 400 branded apartments now available for purchase. Residents can enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

The W Residences at Dubai Harbour is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will feature a LEED Silver-certified design. The 40-storey complex draws inspiration from its surroundings, seamlessly integrating the promenade, harbour, and sky to showcase the unique seafront and urban landscape. This design aims to provide residents with stunning views of the Dubai skyline.

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed enthusiasm about the project. This development marks Arada's third venture in Dubai, following Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates. It is also their fifth branded residences project within the UAE. The collaboration with Marriott International aims to enhance the appeal of Dubai Harbour as a desirable waterfront destination.
