Arada Launches Elmhurst As Final Phase Of Fulton & Fifth Development In London

Arada has unveiled Elmhurst, the final phase of its Fulton & Fifth project in Wembley Park, London. This launch marks Arada's first UK sales event since entering the market earlier this year. The event will take place at One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai from 21–23 November. This follows Arada's acquisition of a 75% stake in Regal, now known as Arada London, highlighting its global expansion.

Elmhurst offers a selection of Manhattan studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. These homes feature modern architecture, panoramic views, and hotel-style amenities. The development completes the Fulton & Fifth masterplan, which includes 876 homes set within landscaped gardens. Residents can enjoy facilities like a golf simulator, games room, concierge service, swimming pool, yoga studio, gym, spa, rooftop gardens, and private cinema.

Situated near Wealdstone Brook, the neighbourhood combines urban convenience with peaceful living. Just minutes from Wembley Park Station, residents have quick access to Central London via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. The area is vibrant with retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural venues within one of London's largest regeneration zones.

The first phase of Fulton & Fifth, The Brookline, was completed earlier this year and set new quality standards in North West London. The second phase, Parkside, launched in 2024 with 250 residences and is expected to be completed by late 2025.
