Arada Awards AED 678 Million Contract For Luxury Armani Beach Residences At Palm Jumeirah

Arada has selected China Tiesju Civil Engineering, a subsidiary of China Railway Group Ltd (CREC), for the main construction contract of the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah. This contract, valued at AED678 million, aims to complete the project by the end of 2027. The development promises to redefine luxury living in Dubai with its high-end design and amenities.

The Armani Beach Residences project is a collaboration between Arada and renowned partners like Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Japanese architect Tadao Ando. It offers panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline. The residences will include 57 uniquely designed homes and 90,000 square feet of premium amenities.

China Tiesju Civil Engineering brings extensive experience from regions including the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
