Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort have unveiled their new Cluster Marketing team dedicated to boosting the resorts' visibility and expanding their reach to both regional and international audiences. Their aim is to support the ongoing growth and success of these luxurious properties.
Konstantia Bagiourouki steps in as the cluster director of marketing & communications. She joined in April 2025 after a remarkable stint at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. There, she led a successful launch campaign that garnered almost 700 media features and increased revenue by 30%.

Konstantia's background includes working with premier hospitality brands in the UAE, Oman, and the Maldives. Hailing from Greece, she possesses a Master's in Tourism Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree, both of which fuel her strategic vision for the resorts.
Firoze Edassery, with a rich background spanning nearly 25 years in media, design, and hospitality branding, is the team's marketing manager. His journey began in Oman and has included significant roles such as Brand Manager for dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai and Digital & Content Manager for QE2. Since June 2025, Firoze has been enhancing Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort's digital presence and brand growth with his expertise.
Husni Tawil, graphic designer for both resorts, brings a unique mix of hospitality operations knowledge and visual communication skills. His education includes a diploma in Graphic Design and a background in room division management. Husni's experience spans prestigious hotels and resorts across the Middle East, making him a valuable asset to the team since March 2025.
Samridhya Mukherjee serves as the F&B marketing specialist, focusing on enriching the resorts' dining experiences. Fluent in four languages and a graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Samridhya's career took off with roles at Grand Hyatt Dubai and included an internship at Anantara The Palm Dubai in marketing and communications. Appointed in February 2025, he now leads digital storytelling and campaign development for the resorts' culinary outlets.
Lara Haddad, marketing executive, brings a fresh perspective from her background in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Her journey into marketing began after building a personal brand as a content creator, followed by roles at leading agencies and luxury hotels. Lara joined Anantara's team in June 2025, contributing to campaign planning and content strategy with a focus on food, wellness, and storytelling.
