Amlak Finance Achieves AED 200 Million Revenue In H1 2025 With Significant Growth

Amlak Finance PJSC has released its financial results for the first half of 2025, ending on 30th June. The company reported a net profit after income tax of AED18.53 million, a significant increase from AED7 million in the same period last year. This reflects Amlak's strategic focus on managing its UAE operations and balance sheet effectively.

Revenue for H1 2025 rose by 61% year-on-year, reaching AED200 million compared to AED124 million in H1 2024. This growth was driven by increased income from joint ventures and development properties, which surged to AED54 million from AED5 million in the previous year.

Amlak's operating costs saw a slight reduction, decreasing by 3% to AED40 million in H1 2025 from AED41 million during the same period last year. The company also completed the sale of Ras Al Khor land plots for AED2.9 billion, with ownership transfer and full payment received in July 2025.

In addition to these sales, Amlak executed a partial sale of a 29% stake in an associate investment in Saudi Arabia during the period. By 31st July 2025, Amlak had fully divested its remaining 71% stake, completing its exit from this investment.

The company demonstrated its commitment to financial obligations by repaying AED35 million to financiers in the second quarter. Following the end of June, Amlak settled all remaining debts by paying a total of AED906 million, including profit, in July 2025.

Regionally, Amlak's investments contributed an additional income of AED5 million during H1 2025. This highlights the company's continued efforts to strengthen its financial position through strategic investments and asset management.
