Aman To Soon Open Dubai's Most Expensive Hotel On Jumeirah Beachfront
Aman, the globally recognised hospitality brand known for its exclusive retreats, is set to introduce a new luxury destination in Dubai. This development represents a significant step for Aman, signaling its entry into Dubai's thriving luxury hospitality market. The announcement was made by the group, highlighting the strategic importance of this move.
The project is spearheaded by Bright Start, a renowned real estate investment entity with a rich portfolio that encompasses residential, commercial, and high-end hospitality projects. This collaboration between Aman and Bright Start aims to bring an unmatched level of luxury and service to Dubai. H&H Development, recognized for their extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, is tasked with the development of this ambitious project.
Aman Dubai will boast a prime location along the city's prestigious shoreline, complete with a private beach. The property will feature an all-suite hotel, a select number of Aman branded residences, a sprawling Aman Spa spanning over 2,000 sq m, multiple dining options, and an exclusive Aman Club. Kerry Hill Architects (KHA) is responsible for the design of Aman Dubai, which will enjoy a direct position on Jumeirah Beach, offering stunning views of the sea and Dubai's skyline. With nine acres of lush gardens and a design that reflects the brand's minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, Aman Dubai is set to offer a unique resort experience that melds the tranquility of Aman with the region's architectural and cultural essence.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, expressed his enthusiasm about the project, stating that Dubai's dynamic evolution and diverse experiences make it an ideal location for Aman's expansion. He emphasized the importance of selecting the right site to deliver the brand's renowned service and experiences. Shahab Lutfi, CEO of Bright Start, also shared his excitement about introducing Aman to Dubai, noting that the brand's vision perfectly aligns with their strategy of offering exceptional experiences in the city.
Located in Jumeirah 2, Aman Dubai is poised to redefine luxury living with its breathtaking seaside setting and meticulously curated details, promising an unparalleled journey of indulgence and sophistication for both visitors and residents.
Aman was established in 1988 with the aim of creating intimate retreats that offer the warm hospitality of a private home. Since its first property, Amanpuri, in Phuket, Thailand, the brand has expanded to include 35 hotels, resorts, and branded residences across 20 destinations worldwide.
