Alef Group Unveils Samr 1 Neighbourhood In Hayyan Development To Meet Growing Demand

Alef Group, based in Sharjah, has unveiled Samr 1, a new neighbourhood within the Hayyan development. This announcement follows the impressive sale of 90% of units in Arim and Alma areas. The CEO of Alef Group, Issa Ataya, stated: "The successful launch of our newest neighbourhood, Samr 1, within the Hayyan residential project, comes in response to the growing demand for this development."

Ataya highlighted that the Hayyan project exemplifies Alef Group's dedication to boosting Sharjah's investment sector. It offers high-quality real estate that aligns with global standards. The project aims to meet the varied needs of homebuyers, business owners, and investors by focusing on quality and excellence.

Samr 1 Neighbourhood Launched by Alef Group

Samr 1 is strategically located in central Sharjah and will be part of the expansive Hayyan development. This new residential area will feature 180 units comprising three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom townhouses, and four-bedroom standalone villas.

The neighbourhood is designed with families in mind and includes a lagoon swimming pool, park, children's play areas, farmhouse, landscape pocket parks for villas, cycling track within the development, shopping mall, and community mosque. These amenities aim to enhance community living experiences.

The completion of construction for this project is anticipated by September 2028. Once finished, it will be handed over to owners. The entire Hayyan development represents an AED3.5 billion investment by Alef Group.

Sustainability and Environmental Goals

Spanning approximately 8.7 million square feet, Hayyan includes 1,882 villa units spread across four distinct areas. The project features 80,000 square feet dedicated to organic edible crops and over 40,000 green trees. This aligns with Sharjah's vision for a sustainable green environment that meets international environmental standards.

The introduction of Samr 1 underscores Alef Group's commitment to providing modern residential and commercial facilities that cater to diverse aspirations while enhancing community experiences.
