Aldar Advances Construction Of Grade A Logistics Park At National Industries Park In Dubai
Aldar has shared an update on the construction of its Aldar Logistics Centres, a modern logistics park in Dubai's National Industries Park (NIP). This project, developed in partnership with DP World and executed by Group AMANA, is set to enhance the industrial landscape. The logistics hub will cover nearly 150,000 square metres and feature three advanced buildings designed for both single and multiple tenants.
The logistics centre aims to support automation and advanced storage systems, catering to third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce, and retail needs. Completion is expected by Q1 2027, with the project being delivered in two phases. The facility will offer flexible unit sizes from 5,000 to 60,000 square metres, a 15-metre usable eaves height, and FM1 floor flatness.

Located within DP World's National Industries Park zone, this development benefits from direct links to Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport. It also connects to major highways like E11 and E311. This strategic positioning makes it ideal for businesses seeking efficient access across the GCC region.
The logistics hub features independent access points for each building and a one-way circulation system. These elements ensure smooth on-site movement and efficient logistics operations. The development is targeting LEED Gold compliance with solar-ready rooftops, energy-efficient systems, and eco-friendly materials to reduce its carbon footprint.
The Aldar Logistics Centres have already received recognition for their design and strategic impact. They were awarded "Industrial Logistics Project of the Year" at the Logistics & Transport Awards 2025. This highlights their significance in advancing sustainable industrial infrastructure in the UAE.
Jassem Saleh Busaibe, CEO at Aldar Investment, stated that these centres mark a significant milestone in expanding their logistics platform over one million square metres. He emphasised the project's strategic location within Dubai’s National Industries Park as key to meeting growing demands for high-quality industrial infrastructure.
Partnerships Driving Growth
Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO – Parks & Zones at DP World GCC, noted that demand for industrial space in Dubai surged by about 225% last year. Developments like this provide companies with the necessary infrastructure to grow confidently. NIP currently hosts over 300 businesses as a strategic base.
A ceremony marking phase two's groundbreaking was attended by senior executives from Aldar, DP World, NIP, and Group AMANA. This event signifies continued progress on phase one construction while reinforcing Dubai’s role as a regional hub for logistics and trade.
This integrated hub combines prime connectivity with sustainable design and operational flexibility. It aims to attract new investments while enabling faster supply chains. Together with Aldar's efforts, it strengthens Dubai’s position as a centre for advanced manufacturing and trade.
