Aldar Unveils The Row Saadiyat: A New Lifestyle Quarter In Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District

Aldar has introduced "The Row Saadiyat," a new residential and lifestyle area in the Saadiyat Cultural District. This development is set against the backdrop of the Zayed National Museum's expansive architecture. Residents will enjoy views of Abu Dhabi's cultural landmarks, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, all within walking distance.

The Row Saadiyat is strategically located at the island's social centre, offering direct connections to cultural institutions and unique lifestyle experiences. Comprising seven mid-rise buildings with nine floors each, The Row Saadiyat offers two parking basements for residents. In its initial phase, Aldar will launch three buildings featuring 315 homes available for purchase starting 1 November.
