Aldar Achieves Full Sell-Out Of Waldorf Astoria Residences On Yas Island

Aldar has successfully sold all 133 homes at the Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas on launch day, marking a significant achievement for Yas Island's first branded residential development. This project generated AED 850 million in sales, attracting a diverse group of buyers due to its prime location, exceptional amenities, and renowned Waldorf Astoria service.

Expatriates and international investors made up 76% of the sales, with UAE nationals accounting for the remaining 24%. The development's global appeal was evident with strong interest from buyers in the UK and China. Yas Island's reputation as a vibrant destination contributed to this international demand.

Aldar Sells Out Waldorf Astoria Residences

A notable trend was that 66% of purchasers were under 45 years old, indicating a growing interest in luxury living among younger demographics. Additionally, 68% of the sales were made by individuals buying from Aldar for the first time, showcasing the expanding reach of Aldar’s residential offerings.

The Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas introduces Hilton’s iconic brand to Abu Dhabi for the first time, setting a new standard for luxury living in the capital. The development features an exclusive collection of elegantly furnished homes, including one-to-three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and luxurious four-bedroom penthouses.

Strategically situated along the renowned Yas Links Golf Course, residents enjoy stunning views of both lush fairways and the famous Yas Marina Circuit. This circuit is home to the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, further enhancing the allure of this prime location.
