Aldar Properties Completes Major Redevelopment Of Al Hamra Mall In Ras Al Khaimah

Aldar Properties has completed the redevelopment of Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah. This project is part of Aldar's AED1 billion investment in key retail locations. The mall now serves as a central hub for shopping and dining in the emirate, enhancing its appeal to visitors.

The extensive redevelopment included a full renovation of both the exterior and interior spaces. A new Central Atrium was created, combining natural light with modern design elements. This space is designed for service-to-table restaurants and can host various events, adding vibrancy to the mall.

Al Hamra Mall now features over 130 retail stores and eateries, including 37 new market entries. This diverse mix of local and international brands caters to the changing needs of visitors. The redevelopment positions the mall as a premier shopping destination in the Northern Emirates.
