Giftify has unveiled its innovative gift card programme at Dubai Festival City Mall and Festival Plaza, Jebel Ali. This initiative, in partnership with Al-Futtaim, aims to modernise the gifting experience in Dubai, offering customers a more streamlined and integrated solution.

The collaboration introduces a seamless omni-channel gifting experience through the Blue Rewards Lifestyle App, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers. This integration signifies a move towards eliminating outdated manual processes and providing a more personalized and convenient service. With the ability to activate gift cards instantly and monitor their use in real-time, this programme sets a new standard for customer convenience in the region.

New Gift Card Programme Enhanced by Giftify

For shoppers, this partnership opens up a world of possibilities, allowing them to use a single gift card across over 500 stores within Al-Futtaim malls. This includes a wide variety of sectors, from luxury fashion and beauty to groceries and food & beverage outlets. Furthermore, the program facilitates a smoother B2B transaction process for corporate clients, offering competitive pricing and improved gift-giving options.
