Al Asayl Exhibition 2025 Attracts Large Crowds Of Equestrian And Falconry Enthusiasts
The Al Asayl Exhibition, now in its fourth edition at Expo Al Dhaid, is attracting a large number of visitors and enthusiasts of hunting and equestrian sports. Organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), this event features over 250 companies and brands specialising in supplies for horses, camels, and falcons. The exhibition offers a mix of equestrian and falconry displays alongside heritage-focused activities.
A standout feature this year is the Falcon Auction, which has drawn significant interest from falconers and breeders across the UAE and Gulf region. The auction saw competitive bidding for rare falcons like Shaheen, Gyr-Shaheen, Gyr-Tiba, and pure Gyr falcons. This highlights the exhibition's importance as a hub for falconry enthusiasts in the area.

Exhibitors have praised the organisation of Al Asayl Exhibition 2025, noting the variety of participating companies and specialised offerings that meet the needs of equestrian and falconry enthusiasts throughout the UAE and Gulf. They view the exhibition as a strategic venue to promote products, enhance brand visibility, and foster new business partnerships in these industries.
Sultan Shattaf, Commercial Director of Expo Centre Sharjah, remarked on the strong turnout this year. He stated that it underscores their strategy to establish the exhibition as an annual platform. "The exhibition not only addresses the demand from falconry and camping enthusiasts in Sharjah, the UAE, and the Gulf but also enhances the market by bringing together local and international companies that introduce advanced camping gear and premium falcon breeds," he added.
Hamad bin Bakhit bin Hamoudi Al Ketbi from Red Falcon farms highlighted how valuable this exhibition is for showcasing premium birds like Hurra, Qarmoosha, Gyr Peregrine, and Gyr categories. These attract leading falconers' attention due to their rarity.
Al-Oqilat Real Estate participated as an exclusive agent for several global camping brands. Their presence reflects a strategy to reach hunting enthusiasts with high-demand products tailored for the UAE market. Featured items included premium feather jackets designed for extreme cold conditions.
Saeed Al Shamsi from ER Falcon emphasised their commitment to offering top-quality falcons such as Pure Gyr at competitive prices. This approach aims to make falcon ownership accessible across different age groups while sustaining falconry's heritage sport. By engaging younger generations, ER Falcon seeks to secure long-term growth for this traditional sport.
The exhibition remains open until Sunday with daily hours from 11:00 to 23:00. This schedule ensures extended access for both attendees and exhibitors alike.
