The AJP Tour UAE National Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2025 - GI is set to commence at the Mubadala Arena in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi. The event will see 1,455 athletes from 86 academies and 77 countries compete. Organised by Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro (AJP) with support from the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, this championship is a significant event in the jiu-jitsu calendar.

Running from 20th to 22nd June, the championship offers athletes a chance to earn ranking points for the official AJP world rankings. The event will feature top international jiu-jitsu athletes like Brazil’s Bruno Borges, Jefferson Gouto, and Gabriela Pereira, alongside Russia’s Anna Remeneva. Emerging talents across various divisions will also participate.

AJP Tour UAE Jiu-Jitsu Championship Starts Tomorrow

The tournament kicks off on Friday with the Masters division for both genders. Saturday, 21st June, will see competitions in the Kids and Youth divisions. The event concludes on Sunday, 22nd June, with Amateurs and Professionals categories. Intense competition and excitement are anticipated throughout the tournament.

AJP has confirmed that this championship is part of its globally recognised series. Gold medalists will earn 1,000 ranking points, enhancing their standings for major events. This opportunity is crucial for athletes aiming to qualify for significant competitions in the jiu-jitsu world.
