Ajman Vision 2030 Highlights Commitment To Community Service And Quality Of Life Improvement
The Ajman Vision 2030: For the People is a genuine commitment by the emirate’s government, according to H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council. This vision translates into initiatives, policies, and legislation aimed at serving the community and enhancing quality of life.
During a government leadership meeting at the Government Departments Complex in Ajman, Sheikh Ammar emphasised that government excellence is a means to improve lives rather than an end goal. He stated, "We must move beyond the pursuit of awards and strive to achieve excellence in ways that truly serve the people."
Sheikh Ammar stressed the importance of achieving high standards in service delivery across all channels to boost customer satisfaction. He instructed that reports be analysed and improvement plans developed with regular follow-up by working teams. This approach aims to ensure services meet the expectations of Ajman’s Emiratis and residents.
The Crown Prince also highlighted the need for expanding the Global Star Rating System for Services to cover all service centres and channels. Enhancing services at outsourcing centres and developing bundled government services were also key points discussed to make them more accessible and user-friendly.
Fostering a culture of innovation within government entities was another focus area for Sheikh Ammar. He encouraged staff to propose creative ideas and solutions while stressing the need for implementing project management frameworks to measure their impact on government performance.
Additionally, Sheikh Ammar underscored preparing government entities to integrate and empower people of determination in the workplace. Sustainable operations and smart resource investment are crucial for continued efficient service delivery.
Pillars of Future Development
The next phase of Ajman Vision 2030 will be built on three key pillars: achievement, progress, and accountability. His Highness affirmed that there is no room for hesitation or regression in this vision's implementation.
In conclusion, Sheikh Ammar called for developing strategic plans to enhance government performance aligned with Ajman's community aspirations. This commitment ensures that initiatives continue to serve the people effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
