Ajman University Recognised In QS Reimagine Education Award 2024 For Sustainability Initiative

Ajman University has been recognised for its environmental efforts, earning a spot on the shortlist for the QS Reimagine Education Award 2024. The university's "Greening Communities: Mangrove Planting Project" is nominated in the "Sustainability Education Action" category. This initiative supports the UAE's target of planting 100 million mangrove trees by 2030, showcasing Ajman University's dedication to sustainability.

The Greening Communities project is spearheaded by Ajman University's Office of Sustainability. It was developed in partnership with Al Zorah Development Private Company and Quest for Adventure. This initiative is crucial for environmental conservation, involving local communities in preserving and restoring mangrove ecosystems. It highlights Ajman University's active role in promoting a sustainable future.
