Ajman Finance Department Enhances Tax Reporting Efficiency With Unified Digital System
The Department of Finance in Ajman has streamlined the process for obtaining and delivering tax reports by eliminating unnecessary procedures. This new approach involves connecting local government systems with the Mawarid System through advanced technical integration, allowing seamless data exchange. A unified electronic interface now consolidates all procedural steps, standardising forms and approved reports across various entities.
This integration has significantly improved workflow efficiency. Non-essential procedures have been cut by 75%, and all required documents have been eliminated. As a result, tax reports can now be generated and delivered automatically within minutes, without any manual intervention or paper correspondence.

Marwan Al Ali, Director-General of the Department of Finance in Ajman, highlighted that this achievement underscores the Department’s dedication to enhancing government efficiency. By standardising forms and procedures, coordination with local entities is improved, supporting compliance with timelines for preparing and submitting tax declarations.
Al Ali also mentioned that the Department is continuously re-engineering processes and adopting innovative technological solutions to enable full digital transformation across Ajman's financial system. He noted that this initiative marks a significant step in this direction by reducing time and effort while accelerating completion rates.
