Ajman Crown Prince Reviews Healthcare Service Quality Report At Sheikh Khalifa Medical City

H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, emphasised the significance of health in national development. During a meeting at the Ajman Ruler’s Court, Sheikh Ammar met with Rashed Saif Al Qubaisi, Chief Operating Officer of Pure Health Group, which manages Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman. The discussion focused on the city's achievements and advancements in various medical fields. The Crown Prince highlighted the need to attract skilled medical professionals and create a supportive work environment to sustain healthcare development.

The Pure Health delegation shared a report detailing the accomplishments and service quality at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The report revealed over 100,000 outpatient visits and more than 115,000 emergency department visits last year, showcasing the community's trust in their services. This reflects the high level of confidence placed by residents in the medical care provided.

Sheikh Khalifa Medical City operates with an integrated healthcare system comprising 243 consultant physicians and 550 specialised medical staff. They provide round-the-clock care through 247 beds, 34 outpatient clinics, 11 operating rooms, and 46 emergency beds. This comprehensive setup ensures continuous patient care and service delivery.

The report also noted improvements in patient satisfaction due to recent achievements. These include completing electronic linkage for unified medical files and opening new cardiology, nephrology, and metabolism clinics at the Rashid Centre for Diabetes and Research. Such developments contribute significantly to enhancing healthcare services.

Sheikh Ammar praised Pure Health's role in managing Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. He stressed that these achievements align with Ajman's strategic vision to become a leading destination for advanced healthcare services.
