Ahmed Al-daly from optivox projected an 80% rise in digital sales due to AI-driven platforms that personalise customer journeys.
The legal sector is also experiencing significant changes due to AI, as discussed in a session moderated by Ismail Tekin. Sadry El Materi from Ketrone pointed out that many digital innovations remain underutilised. His company uses AI-powered systems to enhance business operations while ensuring data protection.
Rodrigo Care from Galadari Advocates explained how AI aids contract analysis and legal research, reducing manual work. However, he stressed the need for legal systems to evolve alongside technology to maintain compliance and clarity.
The healthcare session at AIM Congress focused on how AI is revolutionising medical practices. Ekaterina Tsangel introduced a Smart Nurse Call System that uses real-time data to alert doctors automatically, improving patient safety and reducing nurse fatigue.
Andrei Ustalov presented PURE IMAGE, addressing radiology challenges like diagnostic errors and radiation exposure. Andrey Povarenkin shared that their AI tools are used in over 2,100 clinics worldwide, enhancing imaging accuracy and doctor-patient communication.
Pavel Peregudov highlighted the global reach of the AI World Championship, where participants create media using AI tools within hours. With over 7,500 participants recently, this competition showcases how accessible creativity has become through AI advancements.
Dmitriy Kaliada noted that AI helps preserve personal and cultural memories by turning meaningful moments into lasting digital experiences. "AI helps us turn meaningful life moments into interactive, lasting digital experiences—democratising content creation for everyone," he said.
