Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Highlights Importance Of Intellectual Security At Al Ameen Forum 2023
The third edition of the Al Ameen Forum, themed 'Intellectual Security,' concluded under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The event focused on safeguarding intellectual security through various panel discussions. H.H. Sheikh Ahmed also attended the opening session, where Dr. Anwar Gargash delivered a keynote address emphasising moral values and leadership among government employees.
During the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Al Ameen Service, the UAE Accountability Authority, and the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority. This agreement aims to enhance cooperation in promoting integrity and combating corruption. The forum featured sessions with experts from different government entities discussing diverse topics.
The Dubai Economic Security Center showcased its achievements at the event. Key highlights included delisting troubled companies and supporting the establishment of the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority. These efforts underline the importance of integrity in economic development and maintaining a secure economic environment.
Other sessions explored how modern technologies impact political media. Discussions centred on ensuring that technological advancements do not compromise media integrity or political stability. Experts shared insights into balancing innovation with ethical practices in media and politics.
The forum also addressed psychological disorders, focusing on effective treatments and promoting mental well-being. Experts discussed strategies to improve mental health awareness and support systems within communities, highlighting the significance of mental health in overall societal development.
Notable attendees included Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Office; Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai; Abdulla Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai; along with several senior government officials.
