AEMACO Partners With Servhub For 20% Energy Savings In UAE Camp

AEMACO, a prominent energy management solutions provider, has successfully implemented its cutting-edge energy management system at Servhub's labor camp in the UAE. This has enabled the facilities management firm to decrease its energy consumption by 20%. AEMACO was established in 2020 and initially concentrated on air conditioning systems (ACs), creating a unique hardware and software solution for monitoring and controlling ACs in the UAE and Saudi markets.

The company collaborated with PROVEN Solution to develop this energy management system, which was deployed at Servhub's labor camp facility in the UAE. The integrated platform solution aided in reducing energy consumption, decreasing maintenance expenses, and extending equipment life. The IoT hardware device AirEcon and AI-powered software work together to automatically optimize energy usage and enhance efficiency.

CEO Statements on Energy Management Solution

Saboor Ahmad, CEO of AEMACO, stated that they aimed to create a solution that would lower costs, boost energy efficiency, and incorporate automation. They began with air conditioners due to their high power consumption in the Middle East and plan to expand their focus to water and electricity. He added that they successfully assisted Servhub in reducing energy costs and optimizing their facility camp's energy device management. Ahmad expressed excitement about advancing their technologies further for other facilities such as schools, mosques, and hospitals.

Zaid Al Mashari, CEO and Co-Founder of PROVEN Arabia, speaking on behalf of Servhub, said that their facility buildings are designed to minimize cost, improve energy efficiency, and adhere to sustainability principles. He praised AEMACO's user-friendly, cost-effective, and easily customizable innovative energy management solution. Al Mashari revealed that they achieved a significant 20% reduction in energy consumption using AEMACO's solution and plan to implement it in other facilities as well.

Pilot Project Implementation

AEMACO's solution was initially implemented as a pilot project at two of Servhub's labor camp facilities, consisting of 157 rooms housing around 1200 residents. All AC units were integrated with a hardware gateway device that facilitated communication between the software and the units. The AC units were grouped by floor or building level and managed through a single software interface. This system allowed authorized personnel to remotely monitor all units while receiving real-time updates on energy usage and detecting anomalies for a proactive approach.

The software operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model developed by PROVEN Solution, a start-up specializing in technological solutions within robotics and virtual reality fields.
