This innovative Digital Buy & Sell Journey, supported by the government, stands as the first initiative of its kind in the region, streamlining the process of buying and selling properties in Abu Dhabi with enhanced efficiency, security, and convenience.

This marks a pivotal moment in the digitalisation of the real estate market, offering a fully integrated, end-to-end online journey for property transactions.

Engineer Rashed Al Omaira, acting director general of ADREC, said, "The launch of Buy & Sell Service is more than a technological innovation, it is a strategic leap in Abu Dhabi's digital transformation. The Digital Buy & Sell Journey facilitates property transactions for buyers and sellers worldwide, eliminating the need for physical documentation or in-person visits. The process, which encompasses everything from mortgage release and registration to digital signing and escrow settlements, is hosted on the TAMM platform and utilises the UAE Pass application for secure document signing. This ensures a streamlined and compliant online experience for users, whether they are in the emirate or abroad.

Al Omaira further highlighted the transformative impact of this service, stating, "As the emirate accelerates its journey toward becoming an AI-enabled government by 2027, this platform ensures real estate is fully aligned with that vision.

The service introduces several features to ensure a seamless and secure transaction experience. It incorporates video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation, digital signatures that are tamper-proof via the UAE Pass, and escrow accounts managed by ADREC.
