ADNEC Group Showcases Premier Event Facilities At IMEX Frankfurt 2024

ADNEC Group participated in IMEX Frankfurt 2024, Europe's largest trade show for the meetings and events industry, from 14th to 16th May. The group showcased the incentives offered by ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi to event organisers worldwide. This participation reaffirmed ADNEC Group's leading position in the business tourism industry and highlighted its exceptional capabilities in hosting prominent international events.

On 14th May, ADNEC Group joined the Discover Arabia breakfast session alongside various stakeholders from the Middle East business and leisure tourism sectors. During the presentation, ADNEC Group's Corporate, Conferences, and Exhibitions divisions expanded their international footprint by showcasing the group's facilities, infrastructure, and capacity to host large-scale events.

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is the largest events venue in the Middle East, spanning over 153,000 square metres. It offers a wide variety of spaces and one-stop-shop solutions for events. Speaking at the Discover Arabia breakfast, Khalifa Al Qubaisi, Chief Commercial Officer at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, said, "The ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is a multi-award-winning venue, offering organisers of exhibitions, conferences and other events outstanding facilities."

Achievements and Sustainability

Al Qubaisi highlighted that in 2023 alone, ADNEC Group hosted 282 events and welcomed 1.5 million visitors. He added, "We elevate the Middle East's business tourism sector while enhancing Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a premier destination. As we achieve this success, we continue to keep sustainability on top of our agenda, striving to lead sustainable development initiatives to positively impact the environment and local communities."
