ADJD Intensifies Training Programmes For Judicial And Administrative Officer Capacity In Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) is intensifying its training initiatives to equip government employees with judicial and administrative officer capacities. This aims to prepare inspectors who are well-versed in judicial and administrative monitoring. The objective is to ensure the correct application of laws and establish robust monitoring principles, thereby enhancing Abu Dhabi's competitive standing.

In alignment with His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan's vision, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy (ADJA) offers training programmes that adhere to top international standards. These programmes aim to scientifically and practically qualify judicial and legal personnel. The focus is on applying best practices in academic and practical training.

Over six months, the ADJD conducted 21 specialised training sessions before awarding judicial and administrative officer capacities. These sessions involved 12 government entities, totalling 1,619 hours of training. This reflects the department's commitment to preparing candidates for judicial roles using approved standards and best practices.

The entities whose inspectors received these capacities include the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD), and Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA). Other entities are the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC), Family Care Authority (FCA), Department of Community Development - Abu Dhabi (DCD), Integrated Transport Centre, Al Dhafra Region Municipality, along with Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC), and Sustainable Water Solutions Holding (SWS Holding).

The ADJD emphasised that improving training quality according to international best practices supports service quality across all sectors in the Emirate. This enables inspectors to maintain comprehensive oversight and continuous monitoring of operations. Consequently, it contributes to enhancing corporate performance and elevating service quality in various sectors.

By focusing on these initiatives, the ADJD aims to foster a well-trained workforce capable of upholding legal standards effectively. This approach not only strengthens regulatory frameworks but also supports the broader development goals of Abu Dhabi.
