ADJD Showcases Services to Chinese Delegation

The Chinese delegation explored the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Civil Family Court. This court represents a modern model for family courts, offering specialised services that ensure efficient justice delivery. Remote litigation mechanisms allow electronic submission and completion of transactions using videoconferencing under specific legal guidelines.

Additionally, the delegation was introduced to ADJD's digital notarial services platform. This platform, managed by the Notary Public and Attestation Division, uses artificial intelligence to streamline notary transactions. It enhances service accessibility through electronic means, reducing time for completing tasks like powers of attorney, statements, and contracts.

The visiting delegation commended ADJD's high-quality initiatives in judicial and notarial services. They noted the establishment of specialised courts and the extensive use of advanced technologies in remote court proceedings as particularly impressive.

Expressing interest in further collaboration, the delegation highlighted their desire to strengthen communication links with ADJD. They aim to exchange experiences and enhance cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.

This visit underscores ADJD's commitment to adopting innovative solutions and fostering international partnerships. By doing so, they aim to continuously improve their judicial system and maintain a competitive edge globally.
