ADIS Roadshows 2025 To Showcase Abu Dhabi's US$54 Billion Infrastructure Pipeline Globally
The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) has unveiled the ADIS Roadshows 2025, following the success of the inaugural Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS). This global event will highlight Abu Dhabi's infrastructure projects worth over US$54 billion. The roadshows are scheduled for Singapore on 27th October, China on 29th October, Ankara on 17th November, and Istanbul on 19th November.
These roadshows are supported by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) as a Government Partner and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) as an Ecosystem Partner. They aim to bring together contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and technology providers to explore co-investment opportunities and establish strategic partnerships through MoU signings.

Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, stated: "We are entering a new era where the strength of a city is defined not only by the scale of its infrastructure but by the international collaborations that drive its delivery. The ADIS Roadshows reflect Abu Dhabi’s commitment to forging high-impact partnerships with global leaders and enabling knowledge exchange to develop innovative solutions that respond to today’s priorities and define the cities of tomorrow."
The roadshows will feature a one-day strategic conference, site visits, and B2B meetings. Participants will gain insights into Abu Dhabi’s development pipeline, project opportunities, and public-private partnership frameworks. This initiative aims to unlock new market access avenues and co-develop urban solutions for sustainable infrastructure and smart city planning.
Eng. Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director-General of ADPIC, will lead the Abu Dhabi delegation. It includes senior government officials, industry leaders, and top executives from leading developers like LEAD Development, Aldar, Modon, Bloom, and Gridora. Eng. Eid remarked: "The ADIS roadshows take Abu Dhabi's US$54 billion infrastructure pipeline directly to two of the world's most sophisticated markets."
The Singapore programme is hosted with Enterprise Singapore, Building and Construction Authority, Singapore Institute of Architects, and UAE-Singapore Business Council. It aims to connect Abu Dhabi developers with top-tier architects and tech players for joint ventures in modular construction and smart city planning.
Focus on Innovation-Driven Infrastructure
The China leg involves high-level meetings in Shanghai with senior leadership from contractors and modular construction specialists. These discussions aim to align with Abu Dhabi's innovation-driven infrastructure agenda. In Türkiye, collaboration with Turkish Contractors Association focuses on engaging leading developers in Ankara and Istanbul.
The Türkiye roadshow will highlight Abu Dhabi’s PPP frameworks and financing models while showcasing its megaproject pipeline. This collaboration is hosted alongside associations like Turkish Construction Material Producers and Turkish Consulting Engineers.
Continuing Success from ADIS Summit
The ADIS Roadshows continue from the successful Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2025. The summit attracted over 4,000 participants from more than 100 countries including senior officials and global infrastructure pioneers to foster new partnership opportunities across ecosystems.
Abu Dhabi offers a pro-investment ecosystem with clear regulatory frameworks for global players to build sustainably. The roadshows in Singapore, China, and Türkiye will highlight infrastructure priorities while facilitating dialogue on best practices in smart city planning.
