ADIO And E& Enterprise Forge Partnership To Drive Industrial Transformation In Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) has partnered with e& enterprise to create an advanced industrial ecosystem. This initiative focuses on AI-powered Industry 4.0 and sustainable manufacturing practices. The collaboration aligns with Abu Dhabi's economic vision, aiming to build a globally competitive industrial base. Announced at the "Make it in the Emirates" 2025 event, this partnership will provide industrial firms with access to innovative technologies and knowledge programmes.

ADIO and e& enterprise are committed to fostering digital innovation and skilled talent in Abu Dhabi's industries. They will organise expert-led workshops to engage the sector, offering practical guidance on topics like industrial sustainability, data management, and ethical AI use in manufacturing. These sessions will be supported by joint publications to enhance policy dialogue and strengthen the industrial knowledge base.

ADIO Partners with e& for Industrial Growth

Recognising human capital's role in transformation, ADIO and e& enterprise will offer tailored assessments for digital readiness among manufacturers. These include free materiality assessments, AI maturity evaluations, and discounted in-depth AI assessments for early adopters. Companies will also have access to a digital sustainability platform for streamlined reporting.

Curated training programmes will be available to upskill frontline employees and C-level executives across the industrial sector. This initiative aims to equip manufacturers with the necessary tools and insights to modernise operations and compete globally. The focus is on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and advanced automation.

The partnership supports applied research generation, including white papers that explore global trends in industrial AI, data maturity, and sustainable manufacturing. These papers aim to reinforce Abu Dhabi's role in shaping best practices and regulatory discourse across the sector. Mohammad Al Kamali of ADIO stated that this collaboration reinforces their commitment to practical collaboration.

Majd Coussa of e& enterprise highlighted their focus on delivering tangible outcomes for manufacturers by equipping them with tools needed for modernisation. "Manufacturing is evolving," Coussa said, "and at e& enterprise we are driving this transformation by integrating Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI and advanced automation to optimise production, enhance agility and support sustainable growth."

Long-term Industrial Goals

This partnership contributes significantly to Abu Dhabi’s broader industrial transformation goals under the Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy. The strategy aims for the manufacturing sector’s contribution to reach AED172 billion by 2031. By combining Industry 4.0 technologies with a deep understanding of industrial needs, manufacturers can reduce downtime, improve quality, and build data-driven ecosystems that strengthen long-term competitiveness.

The collaboration between ADIO and e& enterprise is set to transform Abu Dhabi’s industrial landscape by enhancing operational value through digital innovation while supporting sustainable growth objectives.
