ADGM And DMT Collaborate To Enhance Real Estate Services On Al Reem Island

The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) have formalised an agreement to streamline real estate services within ADGM's expanded area. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks a strategic alliance aimed at enhancing municipal services for residents and businesses as ADGM extends its reach on Al Reem Island.

As part of this collaboration, both entities will clearly define their roles to ensure a smooth transition of real estate responsibilities from DMT to ADGM. Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, CEO of the ADGM Registration Authority, highlighted the significance of this collaboration.
