ACRES Real Estate Exhibition 2024: A Landmark Event With Significant Deals Sealed

The 1st edition of the Acres Real Estate Exhibition 2024, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, concluded on Monday, marking a significant milestone with substantial real estate deals for both local and international projects. The event attracted a notable turnout of visitors, including citizens, residents, investors, and businessmen from within and outside the UAE.

Over four days, the exhibition showcased numerous mega real estate projects, many revealed for the first time to the public. These projects, both completed and under construction, captured the attention of visitors and investors. Leading local and international real estate firms, developers, and investors displayed a diverse selection of the latest and most significant real estate opportunities.

Many participating companies reported substantial real estate sales driven by high visitor turnout. The exhibition also saw the signing of numerous large-scale real estate deals. These opportunities included residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as land, presented with competitive and exclusive offers. Various installment options, medium- and long-term payment plans, and financing options were available in cooperation with numerous real estate developers and investors.

Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES Dubai, stated that the exhibition's success in its first edition reflects the continuous growth of Dubai's real estate market. He affirmed its status as a premier global destination for real estate investment. Al Suwaidi stressed that the exhibition proved its importance by introducing new opportunities in real estate investment in Dubai and beyond.

Nawaf Obaid, CEO of Acres Real Estate Exhibition, highlighted that the event provided a vital platform for participants and visitors to learn about key real estate developments in the UAE and the region. It also facilitated engagement with government officials responsible for shaping strategic plans and real estate legislation. Additionally, it enhanced networking among decision-makers in the real estate sector, major contractors, and leading engineering consultants.

During the event, a strategic partnership agreement was signed between the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute (IEREI) and Arab MLS. This agreement aims to enhance real estate awareness and equip industry professionals with advanced knowledge, best practices, and investment strategies. As part of this agreement, IEREI was designated as the exclusive educational partner on the Arab MLS platform.

The partnership is set to deliver comprehensive workshops and training programmes that promote a culture of innovation in both local and international real estate markets. Additionally, the exhibition featured various educational activities including training courses, free workshops, and specialised dialogue sessions in both Arabic and English. These were organised in collaboration with Innovation Experts to deepen participants' understanding of the dynamic real estate sector.
