ACRES 2025 Unveils Innovative Projects Transforming Sharjah’s Real Estate Landscape

The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition "ACRES 2025" is currently taking place at Expo Centre Sharjah. It showcases a wide range of innovative property projects aimed at meeting investor expectations and setting new benchmarks in real estate development. Organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), this event highlights the dynamic growth of the real estate sector in Sharjah and the UAE.

During ACRES 2025, Alef Group, as a Platinum Sponsor, introduced its latest project, "Al Mamsha Hamsa." Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef Group, stated, "This project underscores our commitment to delivering premium residential communities in Sharjah where contemporary design meets tranquil landscapes to provide a refined lifestyle experience." The project includes three buildings with 420 units over 50,000 square metres. Each unit combines modern aesthetics with serene surroundings.

Al Mamsha Hamsa is strategically located near key areas like Sharjah International Airport and University City. This ensures easy connectivity and convenience for residents. The project features open views, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and water elements that enhance natural tranquility. IFA Hotels and Resorts Company, serving as the Gold Sponsor for ACRES 2025, announced the sale of the first phase of "Al Tay Hills" during the exhibition. This development includes 375 villas and townhouses out of a total of 1,100 planned units. Khaled Esbaitah, Chairman of IFA Hotels and Resorts, highlighted that strong demand for this project underscores the significance of ACRES as a platform for developers to engage directly with potential buyers.

Al Thuriah Group launched two premium residential projects at ACRES 2025: "S1" and "Almaza." These luxury waterfront towers are positioned as landmarks at Al Mamzar beach park and Al Khan Lagoon. The projects reinforce Al Thuriah's commitment to high-end residential developments in Sharjah. The company continues to expand its extensive portfolio within the region.

Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development also participated in ACRES 2025 by unveiling two major projects: The View Island and Blue Beach Residence. These initiatives align with Sharjah’s strategy to enhance real estate offerings while promoting sustainable investment opportunities. The exhibition runs until January 25th at Expo Centre Sharjah.

Marwan Al Zaiem from Al Marwan Group shared insights on their participation at ACRES with their project "District 11." He remarked, "Through our participation at ACRES, we aim to present ‘District 11’ as a preview ahead of its official launch. Designed with a modern, future-focused approach and integrated smart services, the project offers a dynamic business environment developed in collaboration with global design firms." This initiative presents unique opportunities for investors.

The exhibition operates from 10 am to 8 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday; on Friday it opens from 3 pm to 9 pm. ACRES has successfully attracted leading real estate companies in the region by providing an ideal platform for showcasing new developments that support Sharjah’s broader objectives for sustainable real estate investment.
