ACRES 2025: Egyptian Pavilion To Showcase Over 400 Diverse Property Projects

The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, known as ACRES, is scheduled from January 22 to 25, 2025. This event will see significant participation from Egyptian real estate developers and investors. Organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) alongside the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), ACRES 2025 will feature an Egyptian pavilion showcasing over 400 property projects.

Egyptian companies will present a wide range of real estate projects at the exhibition. These include residential, commercial, administrative, and coastal units located in key areas such as the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, October City, Ain Sokhna, North Coast, and Ras El Hekma. The aim is to attract visitors with exclusive discounts and special deals on their latest offerings.

The Egyptian pavilion will also host several property management firms and financial institutions. They will offer real estate financing solutions for potential investors. Additionally, the pavilion will highlight various ownership options and investment opportunities available in Egypt's real estate sector.

Nawaf Obaid, CEO of ACRES, expressed his gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi for supporting the exhibition. He stated that the Egyptian pavilion's participation reflects the exhibition's growth and its role as a strategic hub for promoting real estate development across the region.

Obaid noted that Egypt’s involvement in ACRES 2025 marks a significant step towards enhancing cooperation between Emirati and Egyptian real estate firms.
