Abu Dhabi School Of Management Launches New AI-Focused Bachelor Of Science In Management Programme
The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), is set to introduce a Bachelor of Science in Management (BScM) programme starting September. This initiative aligns with ADSM's ambition to be a premier institution for entrepreneurship, management, and innovation within the region. The programme is designed to offer a comprehensive academic experience, equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving regulatory trends and Industry 4.0 requirements through a blend of advanced technology and digital methodologies.
Moreover, this educational offering aims to support Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030 by fostering a sustainable knowledge economy through the empowerment of the private sector. Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at ADSM, expressed pride in launching this pioneering management sciences programme. He emphasized its focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and its role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship amidst global economic shifts. Dr. Kamali also highlighted the programme's contribution towards reinforcing the UAE’s status as a leading business hub and center for technological innovation.

The curriculum is structured around three main educational tracks: general education, management sciences, and digital technologies management. The latter focuses on big data, analytics, and AI technology as strategic tools for addressing rapid business sector developments. This alignment with the National Qualifications Framework for higher education and international standards ensures that participants will enhance their job market competitiveness by mastering effective administrative decision-making skills.
Participants in the BScM programme will have opportunities to develop their skills further, understand relevant challenges deeply, and refine their decision-making capabilities. This approach aims at transforming challenges into opportunities and promoting sustained growth and success. ADSM's academic offerings are accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi. The school boasts several international accreditations, classifications, and memberships, including affiliations with the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA Global) and the US Data Science Council (DASCA), alongside being listed in the QS World University Rankings.
This new programme not only aligns with modern organisational management trends and Fourth Industrial Revolution requirements but also presents an exceptional opportunity for students to enhance their competitiveness in the job market. By focusing on management sciences and digital technologies, ADSM is poised to deliver an educational experience that prepares students for effective leadership in the evolving business landscape.
