Abu Dhabi Health Data Services Collaborates With Amaze Health For International Market Growth

M42's Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amaze Health, a global virtual medical care technology firm. This agreement was formalised during GITEX Global 2024. The collaboration aims to utilise the strengths of both companies to explore investment opportunities, expand into new markets, and develop innovative digital health solutions.

The MoU was signed by Kareem Shahin, CEO of ADHDS, and David Silverstein, CEO of Amaze Health. This partnership aligns with Abu Dhabi's vision to become a global healthcare hub and highlights ADHDS' dedication to providing top-tier healthcare services. "We are thrilled to partner with Amaze to explore the vast potential of digital health in transforming healthcare delivery globally," said Kareem Shahin.

David Silverstein expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "This partnership represents a significant milestone for Amaze Health as we expand our global footprint and collaborate with a leading healthcare technology company like ADHDS." Both companies are eager to explore investment opportunities, market expansion, and joint product development.

ADHDS plans to invest in Amaze as part of its international growth strategy. Discussions will focus on the desired shareholding percentage and value-added contributions from both parties. This strategic move is expected to enhance their presence in various regions.
