Major General Al Muhairi stressed that maintaining high fitness levels is vital for armed forces to handle physical and psychological pressures encountered in the field. This ensures they remain fully prepared for any situation. The conference serves as a platform to exchange insights on these critical aspects among GCC countries.
This gathering underscores the significance of continuous development in military physical training practices. By focusing on innovative approaches, it aims to improve overall preparedness and resilience among armed forces personnel across the region.
