42 Abu Dhabi Launches New AI And Coding Programmes To Foster Talent In Al Ain

The UAE capital's coding academy is broadening its reach in Al Ain by launching two new training programmes. These initiatives aim to equip learners, professionals, and budding entrepreneurs with vital digital and business skills. This expansion builds on the success of previous C-Piscines and Discovery Piscines held in Al Ain throughout 2025, reinforcing the academy's dedication to enhancing tech education access across the emirate.

This December, 42 Abu Dhabi will introduce the AI & Prompt Engineering for Startup Success programme. In collaboration with the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, this event will take place at MZN Hub from 8–12 December 2025. It aims to teach participants about AI productivity tools, rapid prototyping, and prompt engineering skills crucial for creating competitive tech ventures. The programme will end with an awards ceremony recognising top teams.

Another initiative by the academy is a Discovery Piscine centred on Python programming. This programme introduces learners to essential coding concepts, allowing them to work on practical projects using 42 Abu Dhabi’s peer-to-peer model. On the final day, standout participants will receive awards, encouraging further skill development among emerging talent in Al Ain.

Dr Ahmed Al Shoaibi, Acting CEO of 42 Abu Dhabi, stated, "Al Ain serves as an important pillar of our mission to expand accessible, future-ready education across the UAE. The strong enthusiasm we have seen from learners and partners in the Emirate reflects a clear demand for digital skills and entrepreneurial readiness. Through these programmes, we aim to empower the community with practical capabilities that support the region’s long-term economic development."

The academy's expansion highlights a year of significant engagement in Al Ain. Two full C-Piscines and several Discovery Piscines were conducted there, attracting students, professionals, and corporate trainees. This participation underscores a growing demand for accessible upskilling opportunities aligned with industry needs in the city.

By continuing its growth efforts, 42 Abu Dhabi remains dedicated to nurturing national talent development and fostering innovation. These initiatives contribute to the UAE’s broader goal of establishing a knowledge-based workforce empowered by digital skills.
