Abu Dhabi Launches First Effortless Customer Experience Awards To Enhance Service Delivery
Under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) has introduced the inaugural Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Awards. These awards reflect the ambitious goals set in the newly launched Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Strategy.
The awards aim to honour government entities and companies that have transformed customer experiences by offering proactive and seamless services. This initiative aligns with DGE's mission to inspire innovation and empower government bodies, building on the success of the Abu Dhabi Programme for Effortless Customer Experience.

The awards ceremony, scheduled for 19th February 2025, will recognise innovative solutions that have significantly impacted individuals, visitors, and businesses. The event will celebrate achievements in creating seamless customer interactions and enhancing satisfaction without direct contact.
Over 500 decision-makers, innovators, and leaders in customer experience will attend to acknowledge the efforts of 35 government entities and companies. These organisations have provided proactive services that meet modern societal needs with efficient solutions.
The Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Award comprises three main categories: Best Service, Best Life Moment, and Effortless CX Superstars. Additionally, there are three special recognition categories: Continuous Improvement, Inclusive Design, and Innovation.
This initiative highlights Abu Dhabi's dedication to improving its government service ecosystem. It enhances service delivery while fostering an environment of effortless customer experiences, contributing to a higher quality of life for individuals and businesses across the emirate.
