Abu Dhabi City Municipality Showcases Innovative Projects During Innovation Month Events
During Innovation Month, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, through its Strategic Planning and Performance Management Sector, organised various events. These initiatives underscore the Municipality's dedication to innovation as a catalyst for development. The focus is on aligning services with community aspirations and future needs by integrating creative ideas.
The Municipality's commitment to fostering a culture of innovation extends to employees, partners, customers, and the broader community. This approach aims to create a work environment that nurtures creativity and innovation. More than 15 innovative projects were showcased in collaboration with strategic partners during this period.

An exhibition of innovative projects was held in partnership with several entities. Saif Badr Al Qubaisi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi City Municipality, inaugurated the event. He toured the exhibition pavilions, emphasising the significance of adopting creative approaches to enhance services and improve community well-being.
The Innovation Exhibition took place at Dolphin Park on Al Gurm Corniche as part of Innovation Month 2025. It featured a variety of innovative projects and activities that recognised participating entities. Individuals were also honoured for their contributions and successfully implemented proposals.
Participating organisations included UAE University, Abu Dhabi University, Higher Colleges of Technology – Abu Dhabi, Khalifa Fund, Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, General Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Department of Patrols and Traffic, Government 01, Civil Defense Authority – Abu Dhabi, Al Tamimi Office, and Al Afak Company.
The Municipality remains dedicated to continuous improvement by integrating the latest creative ideas into its operations. This commitment ensures that services are aligned with both current community aspirations and future needs.
In addition to the exhibition, specialised workshops were conducted to further promote innovation within the community. These workshops aimed to enhance understanding and application of innovative practices among participants.
The Municipality's focus on innovation is not only about improving services but also about promoting a culture of government innovation across all levels. This includes employees, partners, customers, and the wider community.
These efforts reflect a broader strategy to ensure that government services are responsive to evolving societal needs while fostering an environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
