The Al Sayegh Group has entered into a significant partnership with Triton EV, a producer of electric and hydrogen vehicles, to set up an advanced manufacturing facility for electric trucks in Abu Dhabi.
This development is set to revolutionise the region's transport sector by addressing the increasing demand within the GCC and African regions, thereby solidifying Abu Dhabi's stature as a leading center for futuristic industries.

This collaboration was finalised during an economic delegation's visit from Abu Dhabi to the United States, symbolising a crucial step in enhancing the involvement of local and family-owned businesses in key, high-value sectors.
"The signing of this agreement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to reinforcing Abu Dhabi's status as a global industrial hub for electric vehicles. It also highlights the pivotal role of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which has been instrumental in supporting these partnerships and establishing channels of communication with leading international companies, thereby paving the way for this strategic advancement.
"We are confident that this agreement will create new opportunities for both family-owned and national enterprises, enabling them to contribute more effectively to innovation and sustainable economic development," stated Mansour Al Sayegh, Chief Executive Officer of Al Sayegh Group.
The initiative is in line with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry's efforts to boost the private sector's global competitiveness as part of its 2025–2028 Roadmap. This roadmap emphasizes the support for SMEs and family businesses while fostering international economic ties.
The chamber has significantly contributed to the fruition of this deal by facilitating dialogue and cooperation between the local business community and international corporations. This has been achieved through events designed to introduce local enterprises to global markets, thereby encouraging innovation and expansion.
Furthermore, this endeavor is expected to bring cutting-edge electric vehicle manufacturing technology to Abu Dhabi, transferring essential knowledge and expertise from around the world. This move aligns perfectly with Al Sayegh Group's vision to promote industrial innovation and invest heavily in sectors with a bright future.
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry remains a crucial intermediary, ensuring the local business community's access to international markets and supporting the emirate's aim for an economy that is both diversified and competitive, with a strong foundation in innovation and sustainability.
